Is there a charge?
There is currently no charge for taking the QTE while final revisions are being made.
Is it confidential?
What is shared with your Leadership Team?
Every member of your Leadership Team will have access to everything you, and each other member, have shared on the QTE. You will be able to view and download summary reports and comments that each member has shared.
What is shared with a larger knowledge-base?
No “identifying information” will be shared in the knowledge-base. Your data will go into a larger knowledge-base without your identifying information. The good news is, upon completing the QTE you and your team will have access to this larger knowledge-base and can compare your scores (and your team scores) with that of all participants who have completed the QTE.
How do I get started?
Contact Dr. Ted Dunn in order to make arrangements for your team to take the QTE. There is not much to it. Once you contact Dr. Ted Dunn, you will receive a special code (specific for your team) and a link to the survey. He can address any additional information or questions you may have?
When and how do we receive the results?
Results on from your team
Once your team has completed the survey, Dr. Dunn will contact you and give you a link to review the results from your team. You will be able to view these online or download the reports.
Viewing results from the nationwide knowledge base
Once you have completed your team’s survey, you will have access to all survey results from anyone who has taken the survey to date. No identifying information will be available. You will be able to see how teams scored across the fifteen dimensions and compare your team’s scores to scores of other teams in the knowledge-base.
